The New Zealand Medium Pacer Mitchell John McClenaghan would pick 11 wickets from the three matches he played in the ICC Champions Trophy 2013 at an average of 13.09 & strike rate of 13. With these wickets, McClenaghan featured in the top 5 list of the most wickets in Champions Trophy 2013. His best was 4/43 against Sri Lanka on June 9. Batting first, Sri Lanka were bowled out for 138 with McClenaghan (4), Kyle Mills (2) & Nathan McCullum (2) being the key tormentors. New Zealand chased down the target and won by one wicket. Nathan McCullum (32) was the top scorer for the New Zealand team.
